Help AI automatically detects and translates 47 languages in under 1 second — including English, French, German, Arabic, Mandarin, Ukrainian and many more. The operator always reads and hears in Portuguese. The translation is fully bidirectional.

Yes. All data is stored on European servers (Frankfurt). Citizen links expire automatically after 30 minutes. Incident data is retained for the contractually defined period and can be deleted on request. The platform is built with GDPR compliance from the ground up, including full audit logs and access controls per operator.
AI supports the operator — it never replaces them. It automatically transcribes and translates the citizen's voice in real time, analyses the live video to suggest the appropriate resource to dispatch, and generates a full incident report at closure. Every decision remains with the human operator.
